What we do

The Sonoma County Peer Outreach Coalition is a group of dedicated teens and young adults who are committed to promoting awareness about mental health issues and risks for mental illness. We reach out to the Sonoma County youth through social media and community outreach.

The Peer Outreach Coalition is committed to positively impacting the lives of Sonoma County youth. We believe in:

*Drug and alcohol abuse prevention
*Sexual health and healthy relationships
*Ensuring access to mental health services
*Reducing stigma and discrimination in Sonoma County
